Usually, we can be with you within 30 to 60 minutes – depending on your location and traffic conditions in Zurich. For longer distances, we’ll inform you transparently about the estimated arrival time.
Our towing service is available 24/7 – including weekends and holidays. Motorcycles don't work 9-to-5, and neither do we.
Stay calm. Avoid trying to lift the bike by yourself, especially if it’s heavy or damaged. Call us – we’ll come quickly, secure the vehicle, and take care of the transport. Our vehicles are specially equipped for these kinds of situations.
